I have owned Dells for the past 10 years and have never had one speak with any of their machines. This laptop is no exception. I would recommend the laptop for the average user who isn't a stout gamer and isn't working on memory-intensive High Def video editing.
I've had a Dell Inspiron for a dinky over a year, and it's been a constant scrape. Multiple home visits to replace parts, technicians that have approach to fix the machine and kill up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly dreadful level of attend and hardware.
